Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation Rules

We understand that travel schedules during pilgrimages may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation guidelines are structured as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled check-in: 100% refund of token advance amount paid (minus standard nominal payment gateway/bank processing charges, if applicable).
• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before scheduled check-in: 50% refund of the advance deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in or No-Shows: Advance deposit is non-refundable due to reserved room allocation.

2. Date Modification & Rescheduling

Guests may request to change their arrival date up to 24 hours before original check-in, subject to room availability for the requested new dates, without extra rescheduling penalties.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via the original method of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card) within 3 to 5 business working days.
